Sinharaja world heritage site: one of best bird watching site in the country, undisturbed low land rainforest,  sighting of large feeding flocks, high percentage of endemic birds(23/24), Red faced Malkoha, blue magpie, Green Billed coucal, Ashy Headed laughingthrush ect.  

Peak wilderness area (Adam's peak): montane and sub montane rain forests, two day trek to the peak, best season from May to December, Sri Lanka Blue magpie, Orange billed babbler, Sri Lanka white eye...
